This book is about how to build habits. James Clear outlines the Four Laws of Behaviour Change in straightforward language using stories, personal experiences, and research. The laws are: Cue (make it obvious), Craving (make it attractive), Response (make it easy), and Reward (make it satisfying). From its first sentence, the opening chapter is a salvo of personal experiences creating powerful engagement -which has supported me creating and maintaining an exercise habit for 189 consecutive days. It is the most effective self-development book of the last decade.
