This Is What It's Like

Deliberately providing no context creates ambiguity and forces us to question ourselves.

If the context is an individual’s culture, where does that leave a person’s experience of being alive?

“I do not want my house to be walled in on all sides and my windows to be stuffed. I want the cultures of all the lands to be blown about my house as freely as possible. But I refuse to be blown off my feet by any.”
Mahatma Gandhi

“Society exists only as a mental concept; in the real world there are only individuals”
Oscar Wilde

“Reality is merely an illusion, although a very persistent one.”
Albert Einstein
