So – I’m now repeating Week 5, level 1.
I complete Week 5, and start the first day of Week 6 but can’t complete it.
Progress has been made though, I’m topping 40 press-ups and pushing 50.
Week 6, level 1 will need more practise.
I’m keeping going!
